Jane Clohessy and Niamh Gallagher will both make their first starts for Ireland, while Scott Bemand is set to hand three players their debuts in Saturday's rematch with Japan in Cork.
The Ireland head coach has made six changes to the group that defeated Japan 31-24 in Galway on Sunday, with prop Sophie Barrett, lock Kate Jordan and versatile back Alana McInerney all in line for debuts.
Aoife Wafer misses out once again due to injury, but captain Erin King, Brittany Hogan and Jemima Adams Verling continue in the back row - the only line of the starting XV that is retained in its entirety from last week.
Linda Djougang comes back into the side this week, but is named at loosehead prop where she replaces Niamh O'Dowd, joining Neve Jones and Eilís Cahill in a powerful front row unit.
Clohessy, daughter of former Ireland men's international Peter, is named at second row for her third cap and first start, joining Fiona Tuite-O'Sullivan at lock, while Dorothy Wall misses out due to a knock.
Emily Lane swaps back in for Aoibheann Reilly at scrum-half, partnering with Dannah O'Brien in the half-backs.
Aoife Dalton returns to the starting team in the centre, but comes in for Eve Higgins in the 12 shirt, while Anna McGann continues at outside centre after an impressive performance against Japan last week.
The remaining changes come in the backfield, with Robyn O'Connor slotting in for Vicky Elmes Kinlan on the left wing, with Gallagher replacing Stacey Flood at full-back, and Beibhinn Parsons continues on the right touchline.
Barrett, Jordan and McInerney are in line for debuts from the bench, with Beth Buttimer, Sadhbh McGrath, Grace Moore, Aoibheann Reilly and Enya Breen making up the rest of the subs.
