Jessica Simpson EXCLUSIVE: The star is seen munching on a donut

Jessica Simpson was seen picking up some fun snacks like cheese flavored Bugles Nacho chips on Monday.

The blonde beauty, 40, was later spotted munching on a white powdered mini donut once she and her assistant were in a car after a shopping trip to CVS pharmacy near her home in Calabasas, California.

This comes days after the fashion designer told Hoda Kotb that she had thrown away her scale and no longer knew how much she weighed.

She also recently shared that she got up to 260lbs when pregnant with her third child, Birdie Mae. She is reportedly back to around 130lbs.

The movie and TV star wore her hair down with Balenciaga sunglasses on her head and a green print face mask for her outing

The Public Affair hitmaker had on a green orange and white hoodie.

And she had plenty of bling on for her snack run.

The ex of John Mayer and Tony Romo had on two diamond necklaces and large hoop earrings; she also had on stacks of bracelets and a gold finger bracelet.

Her nails were carefully done with different colors and nail jewelry attached here and there.

Her boyfriend jeans were baggy and semi ripped as she added green platform zip-up boots by Sacai Nylon Twill.

There was a pink and white Chanel camo book bag around her chest as well.

The former reality TV star was walking alone, and then with her female assistant. At one point she pushed a stuffed shopping cart full of CVS plastic bags.

Once in her car she had some chips then a white powdered donut.

On Thursday she said she has 'no idea' how much she weighs as she threw her scale away.

The siren decided to get rid of the machine in her house and instead she measures things based on how good she feels and how her clothes fit.

'I threw it out. I have no idea how much I weigh. Like, I just want to feel good and be able to zip my pants up. If I don't, I have another size. I have every size. I've really tried my hardest to not let that define me,' the designer said on Thursday while on the Today Show as she promoted her personal essays for Amazon.

The crooner added she was feeling good about her body but was not on a strict diet.

She laughed as she said, 'Let me see, I ate a box of Milk Duds for breakfast and a chocolate donut but I will eat healthy for lunch.'

Also on Thursday the star talked to Drew Barrymore as she stated how much she weighed when she was pregnant with third child Birdie, who is now age two.

'I was much heavier than my husband who played in the NFL, so that pregnancy really did me in. I’m almost 5ft4in, 260 was real heavy for me,' she noted.

She also has daughter Maxwell, eight, and son Knute, seven, with husband Eric Johnson.

Drew also asked her about getting rid of her scale.

'When I would go into the doctor's office I would just stand on it backwards and say, "Don’t tell me." I mean even though I had to work really hard to get the weight off, like I did it and I committed,' she told Barrymore.

'If you are disciplined it can come off, you can still eat a dang cookie. You know what I mean, like I hate diets.'

Also on Today Simpson said, 'In life we don't have it all figured out.'

And she touched on trolls: 'A lot of the body shaming kept me down, I didn't feel comfortable in my own body,' she said. 'I didn't know what people were expecting me to look like.'

She said she felt as a child that God wanted her to use her voice. At first she thought that was singing and now she feels God wants her to use her voice to express her viewpoints: 'I think he wants me to talk about being easy on yourself.'

Jessica previously insisted she is 'open' about her imperfections.

She said: 'I am always open. I'm open about my insecurities and my flaws, and if I can help inspire anybody to feel better about themselves, that's why I'm here. I'm always out to empower women, empower people to feel better about themselves...'

Jessica also refuses to be too hard on herself.

She added: 'We all have our flaws. We all have made mistakes. Leading with those mistakes and owning those flaws, is a very humbling experience. It puts you out there where you have nothing to hide.

'There is so much life to live with clarity that is so much more impactful than to hide behind the darkness. I'm really just a normal, everyday girl that goes through the exact same things as everyone else. It's giving people courage themselves to open up.'
