Jackie 'O' Henderson has revealed that she's dropped 12 kilos after revamping her diet and workout routine.
The 48-year-old told Woman's Day on Monday that she was binging on pizza, sausage rolls and microwave meals from the petrol station before she took control.
'I was eating a lot of food that I could get in a hurry. You know, pizza and sandwiches and just takeaway, I wasn't cooking myself,' she said.
'And I think it's always best when you know what you're putting into your body. I just got really lazy,' she continued.
'I was taking the easy option. I'd stop into a service station, I'd pick up a sausage roll, or grab one of those microwave meals.'
Jackie lost the 12 kilos over three months while taking a break from her KIIS FM radio show and was 'really tired' and had 'no energy' before she changed her routine.
She took up tennis and aqua aerobics, as well as doing half hour sessions on the treadmill at the gym.
The radio star said she 'wasn't looking after herself' before making the changes, and is now cooking fresh food and making lots of salads.
Jackie took several weeks off from her radio show in November to focus on her health and recover as she suffered from long Covid.
She was back at work in January, and looked happy and healthy in a video The Kyle and Jackie O Show posted on their Instagram page.
The mother-of-one also showed off her slimmed-down figure in a stunning paisley Zimmermann tiered dress after recently rejoining Weight Watchers again.
Jackie went on to explain why she decided to sign up to Weight Watchers for the second time after putting on the weight she lost when she followed the program the first time.
'They are probably think f**king hell, she is the worst ambassador ever,' Jackie said with a laugh.
'I did it and then I stopped doing and I did it again. Your heart has to be in it. My heart was in it in the beginning and I then I did lose weight and then I put it back on.'
Jackie also revealed her weight loss on New Year's Day when she shared two pictures of herself in a red swimsuit while enjoying a holiday in Fiji with her daughter Kitty.
'2023 - Let's go! I'm jumping into the New Year now feeling the best I have in many years!' she wrote in her caption.
'2023 is all about spending more time with the people I love and doing things that make me happy,' she added, before asking fans what their resolutions are.
Jackie then encouraged her fans and followers to join Weight Watchers - a weight loss program she's an ambassador for - if they want to shed some unwanted kilos and feel healthier.
'If one of your goals is to lose weight, feel healthier and more confident this year then join me on the WeightWatchers Program,' she continued.
'The WW app is super easy to use with heaps of recipes and tips for how to lose weight and keep it off while still enjoying the foods you love!'
She may look great now, but Jackie's weight loss journey hasn't been smooth sailing.
The former Masked Singer judge revealed on Sunrise in August she had gained back the kilos she lost when she first joined WW the previous year.
'I did the first year and originally my first goal was to lose 10kg, which I did because I'd put on about 20 kg,' she told host Natalie Barr.
'But once I got to the 10kg, I was like 'Woo! Let's have pizza! Let's start eating. I've been so good, I need to reward myself.' And, of course, you just don't stop rewarding yourself, and I kind of fell of the wagon a little bit.'
'I think when you do lose weight you go, 'Oh jeez, I'm never doing that, I'm not going to get back to that again,' because starting is the hardest part, starting is the most depressing part because you think, 'Why did I let myself put that weight back on again?'
'But it's just normal, a lot of people do. That's why I think it's really important to know that when you fall off the wagon, you don't beat yourself up too much just get back on and start again. It's fine.'
Jackie, who has since lost the weight she regained, announced in November she was taking significant time off from the Kyle and Jackie O Show.
At the time, Jackie, who had been coughing and sounding unwell on air for weeks, explained she had been suffering from poor health since contracting Covid-19 a few months ago and needed proper rest to recover from the virus.
She told listeners she would be off the air for the next 'couple of weeks' and did not specify a return date.
Jackie first embarked on her weight loss journey in June 2021 after first signing with WW.
When she reached her goal weight, Jackie said she was feeling 'great'.
'I've got so much more energy and I don't walk past the mirror anymore and think, 'My God, how did I get to this point?'' she told Woman's Day at the time.
'I can wear what I want, and I finally feel like my old self again.'
Jackie had originally signed-up to WW after noticing her weight was spiralling out of control due to her busy schedule, irregular sleeping patterns and poor food choices.
She followed a strict, yet nutritionally balanced, meal plan.
Describing her day on a plate, Jackie told Woman's Day she preferred to eat savoury food for breakfast, such as chicken or vegetable soup.
For lunch, she had a turkey burger or Cruskits with ham, cottage cheese and tomato, while dinner typically consists of fish and vegetables or poached chicken.
She previously admitted she was 'embarrassed' about the weight she'd gained during lockdown and was desperate to lose the kilos before starring on The Masked Singer.
