Ivanka Trump shows off long locks as she enjoys a makeup-free hike with Jared in upstate New York

Miami resident Ivanka Trump swapped the Florida sunshine for some winter weather this weekend, when she braved the cold to enjoy a hike with husband Jared Kushner in upstate New York on Sunday.

The former advisor to the White House, 41, rocked long blonde locks during the outing, which came just weeks after she was seen leaving a Miami hair salon with a much shorter 'do.

She also showed off a fresh-faced look, going makeup-free for the nature date. She donned black trousers, a dark winter coat, and sneakers, while her beau opted for gray pants and a similar-colored jacket.

They both also wore gloves to keep their hands cold amid the low temperatures.

The daughter of former President Donald Trump shared a series of snaps from their walk in the woods to Instagram, captioning the post, 'Feeling the NY winter vibes.'

One picture showed her and Jared, 42, smiling towards the camera in front of a stunning backdrop of mountains, while another featured Ivanka standing on the trail alongside a fallen free.

Other images showcased the gorgeous scenery, which included caves, cliffs, and a long wooden bridge over a flowing river.

It appeared that Ivanka had gotten a drastic haircut on January 12, when photographers caught her exiting a hairdresser with super short locks.

However, days later, when she was seen at a skatepark in Miami with her three kids, Arabella Rose, 11, Joseph Frederick, nine, and Theodore James, six, her hair appeared long again, so it seems as though she has had extensions put in.

Ivanka has favored longer hairstyles over the years, but she had a chin-length bob back in 2005. Over a decade later, she debuted a similar cut in 2019.

Last year, Ivanka announced that she was done with politics, and that she will be prioritizing her private life instead of joining her father's upcoming presidential campaign.

'I love my father very much. This time around, I'm choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family,' she said at the time.

'While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena.'

Ivanka and her husband, Jared, who both served as advisors to Donald during his presidency, moved to Florida after they left their posts at the White House in early 2021, and they quickly began laying down new roots.

Last year, they scooped up a $24 million waterfront mansion that sits on 1.3 acres of Indian Creek - an exclusive island that is known as the 'Billionaire Bunker' - which they are now transforming into their dream home.

It is believed that they plan on moving into the spatial 8,500-square-foot abode, along with their three kids, once their extensive renovations are completed.

In the meantime, they have been living in a ritzy three-floor apartment at Arte Surfside, one of the most expensive condo buildings in Surfside, Florida.

The residence, which is nestled between Miami Beach and Bal Harbour, has a tennis court on the roof, and they have their own private pool and yard.

It's unclear what is in store for Ivanka career-wise - before her father became president, she appeared on his reality show The Apprentice, served as executive vice president of the Trump Organization, and had her own eponymous fashion lines.

She gave up her former life in New York City to serve in the Trump administration and never returned back to it.

Now that she is officially done with politics, she has been filling her days with workout sessions with her personal trainer - she is regularly spotted driving to and from the gym in matching workout sets that highlight her toned physique - as well as spending time with her children and jetting off on lavish trips.

Last year, she visited Paris for a mother-daughter trip with her daughter, Arabella, as well as Prague, Egypt, and Qatar.

The family all headed to Egypt and Qatar together in November, where they rode camels, visited the pyramids, and watched the World Cup.

Water sports have also become a natural pastime for the born and bred New Yorker, who has been taking wakeboarding lessons in her free time.

She and her family love to have beach days together, and they have also been spotted spending time on a boat in Biscayne Bay on numerous occasions recently.
