Justin and Hailey tied the knot at a courthouse wedding in New York in 2018 and threw a full religious ceremony in South Carolina the following year.
The couple were in the Magic City so he could shoot a new music video for his collaboration with DJ Khaled titled Let It Go.
Earlier this month, Justin announced he pushed back his delayed Justice World Tour to 2022 again.
The concert series had been due to kick off last year, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a statement posted online, the Canadian hitmaker shared: 'We’re working hard to make this tour the best one yet...I’m excited to get out there and engage with my fans again.'
Initially the tour was supposed to have been rescheduled for this year, but the decision was made to delay it further and add seven additional dates to the schedule.
He last toured for his Purpose album released in 2016 but halted the tour unexpectedly in 2017 citing exhaustion and depression.
It comes after Hailey recently discussed her career as a model, saying it's a career that requires a lot of discipline.
She told Harper's Bazaar: 'I started modelling and travelling around the world when I was 17. It's a business. You have to be disciplined, on time, and want to do it.
'Everything I learned from being a dancer still contributes to who I am today. I'm so grateful I did it, and I miss it. I have such a deep love for dancers.
'Having done ballet for 12 years, I have that muscle memory. It plays a big part in my body type and in my athleticism. It's kept my body healthy, and mentally it taught me how to be committed to something.'
Hailey also admitted it took her 'years' to feel comfortable as a model but now she's learned to push herself out of her comfort zone as that often sparks the best pictures, while the career lessons she's learned can also apply to other parts of her life.
Speaking to the new issue of America's Harper's Bazaar magazine, she said: 'It took me years to feel comfortable as a model. Now I'm a lot more adventurous and I try different things.
'You realize if it doesn't work, it doesn't work! For example, sometimes when I'm doing something really stupid, I get the coolest image. If I'm doing a really awkward body shape, it turns out great.
'Don't be afraid to explore. This applies to so many different things.'
