Former Made In Chelsea star Mimi Bouchard has announced her engagement to her ex co-star Ben Darby after he proposed during a recent ski trip.

The American reality personality, 25, first introduced viewers to her boyfriend Ben in 2018 shortly after they began dating, as the show returned for series 15.

The couple have gone from strength to strength ever since and have stayed together off screen after leaving the show and moving to the Bahamas.

Mimi revealed the news by sharing snaps of her dazzling engagement ring, alongside a caption which read: 'My forever.'

Ben got down on one knee during a ski trip to the Swiss Alps, with Mimi later sharing a selection of photos from their trip after he popped the question.

Mimi took the opportunity to flash her ring while sitting on a ski lift beside her betrothed. 

Mimi received congratulatory messages from her friends and fans, including her tennis pro cousin Eugenie, who wrote: 'Ahhhh', with a series of love hearts.

Eugenie rose to fame after becoming the first Canadian-born tennis player to reach the final of a Grand Slam tournament at the Wimbledon Championships in 2014. 

Love Island star Samira Mighty, wrote: 'Congratulations.'

While Lottie Moss, penned: 'Congrats babe!!' [fire emojis].

Thanking her followers for their well wishes, Mimi wrote: 'Thank you for all of the love on our news!! We are so overjoyed.'

Mimi shared snaps from their first class flight home, where she once again flashed her ring and shared a picture of her beaming fiance.

In another post, she reflected on their trip and wrote: 'This was such a special stay. Saw friends and family, did viewings for the property we are looking to buy in London, celebrated our engagement... life is good.'

Viewers watched Mimi and Ben's romance blossom at the beginning of the 15th series of the show, when he asked her to be his girlfriend during episode three.

Mimi's time on the programme was brief, however she certainly created her fair share of drama, after enjoying a fling with Sam Thompson shortly after her arrival.

The romance caused problems with Sam's ex-girlfriend Tiffany Watson and a feud between the two women rumbled on throughout the series.

Mimi, who joined the show in its 13th series, also dated Charlie Mills before calling it quits because he 'wouldn't stop messaging her'.

She also had a memorable row with Tiff over veganism.
