Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle have snapped up a new home in Florida.

The political power couple forked out $9.7 million for an 11,000-square-foot mansion in the exclusive gated community of Admirals Cove.

The six-bedroom, 11-bath mansion is located in Jupiter - just 20 miles from Mar-a-Lago - meaning Trump Jr. will be close to dad, Donald, and step-mom, Melania, who relocated to the resort after leaving the White House in January.

On top of the home price, Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle must pay a $195,000 membership fee for access to Admirals Cove's marina, golf course and tennis courts.

Admirals Cove boasts many rich and famous residents. Baseball Hall of Fame member Mike Schmidt and Washington Nationals star pitcher Max Scherzer are among the 888 people who have homes there. Singer Celine Dion previously owned property in the estate.

However, some of ritzy residents have expressed alarm over the fact that Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle will now be their new neighbors.

According to The Palm Beach Post, about 30 Admirals Cove residents have contacted general management to express concerns about the political pair moving in.

Some cited security concerns, while others are opposed the couple on ideological grounds. One resident claimed it was a 'nightmare' that Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle were moving in.

The Palm Beach Post reports that the couple had been hunting for homes in the area for several months, before finally settling on affluent Admirals Cove.

Listing photos make it easy to see why the political pair fell head over heels for the mansion - which boasts a fireplace and an elevator.

The light and airy home features an open plan living area with views stretching out to the nearby marina.

The main area also leads into a relaxed dining area and a stylish kitchen complete with an island countertop and stainless steel appliances.

On the first floor of the home there is also a wood paneled study - the perfect place for Trump. Jr to conduct business from home.

There is an additional gym, games room and massage parlor, meaning the couple can keep fit and also unwind.

Meanwhile, there are six spacious bedrooms upstairs as well as a multitude of bathrooms.

Several of the bedrooms lead out to balconies boasting views out of the pictureseque landscape.

A number of the bathrooms have sunken tubs.

Trump Jr. currently serves as the executive vice president of the Trump Organization, the family's business group.

He shares five children with his ex-wife, Vanessa, who lives nearby.

Guilfoyle, 52, is a former Fox News personality who was previously married to Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom. She has a teenage son.

Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle - who have been dating for about three years - recently offloaded their Hamptons mansion for $8 million.

Almost all of the Trumps have relocated from New York to Florida in recent months.

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner recently splashed $30 million on land in Miami, while Eric Trump and his wife Lara have been spending time at Mar-a-Lago.
