Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky enjoyed a luxurious getaway to Fiji last month. 

On Saturday, the actor, 39, shared a series of photos taken during the pricey vacation. 

'Little photo dump from a recent trip to @tavaruaislandresort What an incredible place!' he wrote in the caption. 

One image showed Chris and his wife, Elsa Pataky, 46, embracing as they posed in front of a gorgeous beach. 

Another depicted Chris giving his son a cuddle on the shore after they had both been for a swim.

Chris also showed off some of his surfing shots, as well as documenting his children on the waves, with the brood clearly sharing their father's skills in the ocean. 

The Hollywood power couple spent their days surfing and soaking up the sun at a luxury resort on Tavarua, Fiji as they celebrated Christmas with their loved ones.

For an eye-watering $6,000 per person for seven nights, the actors and their family had the run of beachside villas on a 29-acre heart-shaped tropical getaway.

For the couple and their three children, a week-long getaway could come to as much as a whopping $30,000.

Surrounded by white-sand beaches, world class surf and pristine underwater seascapes, the Hemsworth clan had their fill of sundecks, pools and spas overlooking a crystal clear ocean.

When they weren't hitting the surf, they made the most of a decked out gymnasium, games room, spa and massage services, and a tennis and volleyball court.

Pataky shared a number of photos commemorating their trip to Instagram with the caption: 'Bye Bye Tavarua! Best surf ever!'

The series of photos featured a plethora of memories including the Fast and Furious actress dancing on the beach with her famous husband. 

It's not the first lot of photos the Hemsworth gang has shared of their tropical getaway.

Posting to Instagram last month, Pataky uploaded a gallery of happy holiday snaps, including a sweet photo of herself wearing a pink bikini while kissing her shirtless husband in front of a palm tree.

'Merry Christmas to all from our favourite island!!' the Spanish stunner wrote.

The loved-up couple also posed for some fun photos with their children, daughter India Rose and twin boys Sasha and Tristan, at the Tavarua Island resort.

Hemsworth and Pataky appeared to be joined by Luke Hemsworth and the children he shares with wife Samantha.
