The 51-year-old is said to be 'quietly seeing' glamorous Melbourne businesswoman and TikTok star Catie O'Neill, 28.
The pair spent a romantic weekend in Bundalong last week where she accompanied him on a business trip.
Carey appeared at a local tavern for his event, Evening with Wayne Carey, on January 25, according to the Herald Sun.

She has also cultivated quite the social media following, boasting more than 115,700 TikTok followers and 10,300 on Instagram.
It was Carey's first major public appearance since his white powder scandal.
The former North Melbourne player was booted from Crown casino in Perth in September last year after he was caught carrying a zip-lock bag of white powder.
Carey was escorted out of the casino on September 1 after a bag fell out of his pocket while he was gambling.
The zip-lock bag, after all, contained anti-inflammatory medication that he took to deal with pain from his football career, Carey maintained.
Carey was reportedly slapped with a two-year ban from entering Crown premises, stood down from his Triple M radio show, and prohibited from attending Channel 7’s telecast of the Brownlow Medal.
Carey has has several love interests in the past.
He was previously married to his longtime partner Sally McMahon, tying the knot in 2001 after meeting at a party in Wagga Wagga when he had just turned 20 and she was 17.
But the couple's relationship soon hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Just one year after tying the knot, the North Melbourne captain was involved in a sordid affair with his former teammate Antony Stevens' wife, Kelli.
To make matters worse, Stevens was by Carey's side as a groomsman at his wedding.
Carey and Sally did manage to mend their relationship and had a daughter, Ella, now 17, before parting ways in 2006 - only months after her birth.
Following their split, Carey began a relationship with model Kate Neilson.
The pair were briefly engaged in 2009, but broke up shortly after amid accusations Carey was being unfaithful.
He moved on with Stephanie Edwards in 2011 before announcing their engagement four years later.
But it turned out to be another failed romance for the AFL star, with the couple confirming they had parted ways in 2016.
The pair share a seven-year-old daughter named Charlotte together, who they welcomed in 2014.
Most recently, Carey was linked to Victorian model Jessica Paulke after the pair were spotted getting cosy at the Australian Open in January 2018.
Paulke fell pregnant the same year, and welcomed their first child, Carter Michael Carey in February 2019.
