The self-proclaimed psychic medium, 71, donned a beige two-piece tracksuit while posing in front of her lavish Range Rover.
Claiming that '70 is the new 20', the beauty flashed up a peace sign to the camera and shielded her eyes with a pair of sunglasses.
Her ensemble, which is from brand Seasons Studios, retails for £160 on the brand's website.
She teamed it with a pair of black shoes while keeping the hood up over her blonde locks, opting for a bright paletee of makeup.
Jesting that she was 'down with the kids', the stage star wrote: 'Chilling in my new favourite tracksuit from @seasons.studios #gifted #downwiththekids #70isthenew20'.
The star looks sensational following a 16st weight loss and a a gastric bypass in 2009 - which she detailed during a chat with MailOnline last year.
Sally - who's performed readings for stars including Princess Diana and Uma Thurman - previously weighed 27 stone at just 5ft tall and previously took urgent action necessary for a happy and healthy future.
The Celebrity Big Brother star decided to undergo the knife after she was told 'her life depended on it'.
At the time, Sally said: 'I'd tried every kind of fad diet, but they all failed. When I was told my life depended on it, I decided to have a gastric bypass.'
In the three-hour operation in 2009, the youthful looking star's stomach was shrunk to the size of a golf ball.
The reality TV star shed an impressive 16 stone in total and dropped ten dress sizes following the op.
After the surgery was successful, she said: 'I weigh 12st 10lb now and it's brilliant to be able to wear a swimming costume. I feel like I've been reborn!'
Talking with MailOnline, she opened up about the moment she realised change was necessary: 'I had a little heart attack. And if I hadn't have lost weight... my cardiologist said you must have surgery otherwise you'll die.
