The actress, 49, brought a group of friends and family ranging in age from 23 to 86 to enjoy some fun-filled festivities.
In one pic she donned a black puffball dress — which appears to have been made from dustbin liners.
She was joined by her cat Clive, whom she walked on a lead, and was more appropriately dressed in a tuxedo.
Kate added a photo of her posing with two scantily-clad men, wearing Santa hats and preserving their modesty with strategically placed tinsel.
Another shot showed the Pearl Harbour star enjoying a meal at the dining table, which was decorated with a train track.
Kate also shared clips of the group singing karaoke together as well as them all dressed up as reindeers and driving a golf-cart while singing.
Captioning the fun-filled shots, she wrote: 'If I had known when I met @harvey_b_brown when I was 19 ,that one day he’d restore magical @castle_elvira and that one million years later I’d bring a group of the best people ever(ages 23-86)to do “Ten go mad in Puglia” I would have been THRILLED.
'We laughed and sang and danced and ate and one of us made an iconic prank call as a pass the parcel forfeit.
'Thank you for the most magical time @harvey_b_brown @castle_elvira #unforgettable'.
Last Friday, Kate took to Instagram to share a video of herself and her cat Clive aboard a private jet on the way to Puglia.
The actress looked sensational in cat-print pyjamas and used a hot towel to clean her feline friend, who appeared to be wearing a green wool sweater.
She looked glamorous with a full-coverage make-up palette while she styled her brunette locks in a high ponytail for the flight.
She fastened a huge black bow on top of her head and accessorised with an array of silver earrings.
Alongside the hilarious clip, she posted a slew of snaps of the pair post-flight, where the black bow clad star cosied up to her pet.
In her caption, Kate wrote: 'Made it to safety.'
