The Bachelor stars Snezana Markoski and Sam Wood's daughter Eve, 15, was rushed to hospital on Sunday following an accident during a football game.
The teenager was put in a neck brace after being taken from the footy field via ambulance.
Sam posted a video of Eve being comforted by Snezana in her hospital bed, and gushed about the love he had for his 'beautiful wife' on a Mother's Day that didn't exactly go to plan.
'There probably isn't a post that could sum up better the love I have for my beautiful wife and the most incredible Mother on this day,' he wrote.
'A day that started out so well with a sleep in for Mum and gifts from the girls and then off to Eve's footy before we were scheduled to have a family lunch.
'Fast forward 7 hours and Eve has been taken to hospital in a neck brace and an ambulance after a clash in footy.'
Sam said not only did Snezana stay by Eve's side, but she also made sure the rest of the family was sorted on a day where mothers are usually being spoilt.
'Mum of course by her side every minute while checking up on me and the little ones every hour to ensure the girls have eaten (again!!!) and we have managed to go another 60 minutes without burning the house down,' he added.
'To my Snez, I love doing life with you. You are the glue that holds this crazy family together.'
Sam is stepfather to Snezana's daughter Eve, from the reality beauty's previous relationship.
The couple also share two daughters, Willow, three, and Charlie, two.
Snez, Sam and the girls relocated to Mount Martha, on Victoria's upmarket Mornington Peninsula, during Melbourne's lockdown.
A representative for the couple told Daily Mail Australia at the time the family was renting a new place due to building delays on their home near the city.
Sam and Snezana - who married in Byron Bay in 2018, three years after falling in love on The Bachelor - had been building at the time.
'The Wood family are following the stage-four lockdown regulations,' the representative said of the couple.
