Mino Raiola's attempt to attract the highest bidder for Erling Haaland will continue on Friday with the super-agent touching down in England with the Dortmund striker's father, Alf-Inge, to hold talks with interested suitors.
Raiola and Alf-Inge had a two-hour meeting with Barcelona president Joan Laporta and the club's director of football Mateu Alemany on Thursday morning.
The agent then touched down in Madrid, where reports in Spain claimed he met Real Madrid president Florentino Perez.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Raiola and Alf-Inge's negotiating tour will continue on Friday, with the pair travelling to London to hold talks with four Premier League sides.
Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea have all held long-standing interests in the Norwegian hotshot, but the report adds that Premier League champions Liverpool will also meet Raiola and Haaland Snr.
Haaland, alongside Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe, is the hottest property in world football at present, with Borussia Dortmund reportedly looking for a fee of £154m to prise their star asset from the club.
The 20-year-old has made a sensational impact since arriving from RB Salzburg in January 2020, scoring 49 goals in 49 appearances for the Bundesliga side.
Raiola, who also represents Paul Pogba, Matthijs de Ligt and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, conceded this week that he had been 'too careful' with Haaland following his astronomical rise.
'With Haaland, everybody was wrong,' Raiola told The Athletic. 'He did things much quicker than everybody imagined.
'Haaland is in front of his own development. He is ahead of his own schedule. Maybe I was too careful when I said, "Oh no, let's move to Dortmund instead of I-don't-know-where".
'This boy - I'm 100 per cent convinced and everybody's convinced - can move to any club, wherever he wants, already on this level.
'And he could have done that last year. But maybe last year there were still teams [saying], "oh, he was in Red Bull, can he do it in another club?". He is quicker than his own prediction. So yeah, Haaland is the talk of the town.'
City are understood to be the frontrunners to land the Norwegian talent this summer transfer window, with Alf-Inge formerly playing for the club during a three-year stint. Raiola has endured a fractious relationship with City boss Pep Guardiola, but insisted that the pair's relationship would not obstruct a move.
United have long admired Haaland and were linked with the Dortmund star before his move to Germany. Previous negotiations between United and Haaland's representatives collapsed after the Premier League giants refused to meet their demands.
It is understood Dortmund agreed to give Raiola and the player's father a significant share of the future sales value, which the hierarchy at Old Trafford were reticent to sanction.
But in December 2019, Raiola insisted it was Haaland who rejected the advances of United after the Red Devils blamed the agent for the deal collapsing.
Barca president Laporta has a good relationship with Raiola following the deal the two men did in 2009 to take Zlatan Ibrahimovic to the Nou Camp.
The Norwegian forward's agent has a far frostier relationship with Perez, having never moved a player to the Spanish club.
