Michael Clarke sports a fresher look a month weeks after Noosa rumble

Michael Clarke is looking fresher and healthier than he has done in months, as he moves on from his headline-making Noosa brawl with Karl Stefanovic.

The former Australian cricket captain, 41, joined his co-hosts from Sky Sports Radio's Big Sports Breakfast on Monday to watch the Super Bowl at Hotel Steyne in Manly.

Dressed in a black T-shirt and shorts, the father of one looked noticeably fresh-faced and chipper as he posed alongside Laurie Daley and Gerard Middleton.

His tight T-shirt drew attention to his impressive biceps, and there was also no sign of the huge bruise on his hamstring from his bust-up in Noosa - which had been visible the last time he was pictured on January 25.

Clarke's fit and healthy appearance for the NFL showdown was markedly different to how he looked towards the end of last year.

The retired batsman made headlines in early November when he attended a star-studded Louis Vuitton exhibition in Sydney looking slightly blotchy and puffy.

His flushed complexion was remarked upon by his mate Kyle Sandilands, who said it looked as though he had 'just made love' before walking the red carpet.

Clarke's revived appearance may be the result of him hitting the gym and embracing a sober lifestyle after his ill-fated Christmas holiday in Queensland.

His public argument in a Noosa park with his girlfriend Jade Yarbrough was arguably the most talked-about news story of last month.

Wild footage of the January 10 stoush was filmed by an onlooker and later sold to The Daily Telegraph for a reported $10,000.

In the video, Yarbrough accused Clarke of cheating on her with his ex, fashion designer Pip Edwards, on December 17.

Others in the group, including Today host Karl Stefanovic, his wife Jasmine - Yarbrough's sister - and celebrity accountant Anthony Bell, tried to defuse the fracas.

Yarbrough and Clarke, who was limping in the footage after injuring his hamstring, have since been slapped with 'public nuisance' fines.
