A college basketball game was briefly interrupted when an Uber Eats delivery driver found his way onto the court whilst holding a bag of McDonalds.
The delivery driver was allowed to enter the stadium with the food, but somehow ended up on the actual court whilst the game was ongoing, with the referee's and players confused as to what was going on.
The game between Loyola University (Chicago) against Duquesne University (Pittsburgh) was in the second-half when the man entered the court, looking confused as to why he was there.
The man was quickly taken off the floor by the referee after interrupting the the Atlantic 10 conference clash with fans in attendance and the commentators laughing.
The commentator said: "Somebody came on the floor! Is that an Uber Eats delivery? He is carrying a McDonalds... I am actually not kidding. This has to be one of the all-time greats.
"This guy is in the corner was he going to deliver the McDonalds to someone on the court? Can we rule that out?
"That is an Uber Eats sticker! Is it for the refs? The referee is like 'I didn't order it now!' That's the craziest thing I have ever seen!".
Basketball fans who were watching the game took to Twitter to share the crazy incident, them being just as confused as the commentators on call.
One said: "When you're hungry at the game but you're too cheap to pay those concession stand prices," as another commented: "Refs gotta eat too!".
After the game, Duquesne's Twitter page posted: "Win was delivered."
