Michael J. Fox and wife Tracy Pollan take in a New York Knicks game courtside

Just days after debuting his new documentary at Sundance, Michael J. Fox returned to New York City to take in a New York Knicks game with his wife Tracy Pollan.

The 61-year-old actor was spotted courtside with his 62-year-old wife, who he's been married to since 1988.

They were spotted sitting next to another celebrity couple - actress Emma Stone and director Dave McCary at Madison Square Garden in Manhattan.

Fox stepped out in a black T-shirt under a black New York Knicks jacket with orange lettering and an orange striped collar.

The Back to the Future star sported a scruffy beard with black pants for the basketball outing.

The actor completed his look with a pair of dark blue Kizik shoes with white soles for the game.

Fox's wife Pollan stepped out with a black sweater with a thin gold necklace, with her blonde locks flowing past her shoulders.

She was also clutching a black leather purse at her seat while wearing black pants for the game and black earrings.

The actress completed her look with a pair of black Doc Martens shoes for the outing.

The Los Angeles Lakers beat the New York Knicks 129-123 on Tuesday night.

LA Lakers LeBron James moved within 89 points of breaking the NBA 's career scoring record and climbed into fourth place on the assists list, finishing with a triple-double in his return to Madison Square Garden

Last week, Fox was in Park City, Utah for the premiere of his new film Still: A Michael J. Fox Movie.

Directed by David Guggenheim (An Inconvenient Truth), Still: A Michael J. Fox Movie follows the actor's life, his rise to fame and his diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease in 1991.

The film has been acquired by the Apple TV Plus streaming service and will debut sometime in 2023.

Michael has been candid about how his Parkinson's disease has impacted his acting career and the type of projects he now takes.

While appearing on Mike Birbiglia's 'Working It Out' podcast back in June, the actor admitted that remembering lines has become harder since he was first diagnosed.

'When I did the spinoff from The Good Wife, which is The Good Fight, I couldn't remember the lines. I just had this blank, I couldn't remember the lines,' he stated.

The Canadian star revealed that he didn't struggle with his lines when he was younger, as he reminisced on his role on Family Ties, an NBC sitcom that he starred on from 1982 to 1989.

'I'd go, "I'm in. Mallory, get off the phone." And I knew it, like in an instant, and it continued to be that way for me,' the actor said.
