Dwyane Wade Goes Crazy After Making First Career Hole-In-One At World’s Most-Famous Hole

Newly inducted Basketball Hall of Fame member Dwayne Wade seems to be loving life in retirement.

Wade was recently spotted with wife Gabrielle Union at an Usher concert and often posts picture of his travels on his Instagram account.

Most recently, he was seen playing golf at the iconic Pebble Beach Golf Links on the Monterrey Peninsula in California.

For the uninitiated, Pebble Beach is one of the world’s most famous courses and perhaps the most famous course in the United States next to Augusta National.

It has played host to seven U.S. Opens, with winners such as Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus and Tom Watson. Most recently, the U.S. Women’s Open took on the legendary track in 2023.

Perhaps even more iconic than Pebble Beach alone, is the par-3 seventh hole.

The short, just over 100-yard hole is tucked away in a corner of the golf course right along the water.

The tee boxes for the hole are elevated well above the green, allowing for a stunning view of  Carmel Bay and, beyond it, the Pacific Ocean.

The stunning view, as well as the opportunity to make a good score with a well-placed wedge, make it perhaps the world’s most iconic golf hole.

Wade took on the hole with some friends on Friday and, incredibly, made his first career hole-in-one. He posted video of the on his Instagram page.

But that wasn’t all.

He also shared his incredible reaction, which featured him running around like a headless chicken.

Honestly, we can’t blame him.

Making a hole-in-one is a lifetime golf for most golfers. And to do it on that hole, for your first ever ace, is the stuff of fairytales.

But hey, we guess when you’re Dwyane Wade, things just come easy. What a legendary moment for a legendary player.
