He's known for dating models under the age of 25. 

But it looks like Titanic star Leonardo DiCaprio, 48, has sunk to new depths as he's rumoured to be dating model Eden Polani, 19. 

Twitter has gone wild with the news because she's so young that her high school education was interrupted by the Covid pandemic. 

And moreover, she was not even born when Titanic was released in 1997 - more than 25 years ago. 

One person observed: 'Kate Winslet was 22 when she was nominated for an Oscar for Titanic. Which is 3 years older than Leonardo DiCaprio’s current girlfriend.'

Others wrote about how she was in school when Leo was already an established movie actor.

One of my most embarrassing moments as a showbiz journalist was Leonardo DiCaprio turning down a selfie with me at the BAFTAs.

It was February 14, 2016 and Leo had won Best Actor for his performance in The Revenant and all I wanted to do was say I had spent Valentine's Day with the man of my dreams.

But if the opportunity arose once again, I'm not sure I'd bother getting my phone out. That's because, for the first time in my life, Leo gives me the ick.

Leonardo was first pictured with Eden at Detroit-born singer Ebony Riley's release party for her new EP.

The Oscar-winner was spotted seated next to the teen Israeli model as they soaked up the atmosphere.

Seemingly missing from the event was Leo's current girlfriend Victoria Lamas, who at 23 is 25 years his junior and almost half his age.

The Once Upon A Time In Hollywood star was dressed in his standard casual ensemble, though he didn't mask up as he sometimes does at public events.

He covered up with a simple black baseball cap, and he rocked a cool black bomber jacket over a nondescript black shirt while staying on theme with black jeans. 

Eden - who bears a striking resemblance to Leo's new flame - looked chic in a gray pinstripe suit, which she dressed down with a simple white blouse.

She added a thick gold chain around her neck for some extra sparkle, and she had her long red hair cascading down her shoulders.

Eden is signed to IT models and is also a social media star with 195,000 Instagram followers.  

Leo could be seen showing off a soft smile next to Eden as he appeared to enjoy himself at the packed party.

It is unclear if he is still with Ms Lamas, as he was apparently last seen in public with the model back in late December.

His more recent yacht outings have been with other women, and he more recently enjoyed a boys' night out to watch the Los Angeles Lakers.

Ms Lamas was well in line with his past girlfriends, all but one whom have apparently been 25 years old or younger, except for the model Gigi Hadid, whom he briefly dated last year. 

His latest string of short flings follows his August 2022 breakup with the model-turned-actress Camila Morrone, whom he had been dating for four years.

Leonardo was pictured getting close to Ms Hadid at a party in New York City in September.

It appeared to be the first time the Oscar-winner has ever dated a woman older than 25, and Gigi would also be the first woman he has dated who is a mother.

The star has always hit headlines with his relationships, famously dating model Gisele Bundchen for five years starting when she was 18, to a five-year romance with Bar Refaeli that ended when she turned 25.

The Django Unchained star has famously made a habit of never dating any woman over the age of 25.

 Leo's first high-profile relationship was with the Brazilian model, who was 18 when the pair hooked up. She broke off the relationship five years later at the age of 23.

BAR REFAELI (2005-2010) 

The actor's relationship with Bar Refaeli ended after 5 years of dating - coincidentally the same time the Israeli model turned 25.

BLAKE LIVELY (2011)

The current wife of Ryan Reynolds dated Leo for just one year - when she was 23. 

ERIN HEATHERTON (2012)

The Victoria's Secret Angel alum was just 22 when she dated DiCaprio in 2012.

TONI GARRN (2013-2014)

German-born model Garrn was just 21 when she and Leo broke up after two years of dating.

KELLY ROHRBACH (2015)

The Baywatch reboot star was 25 when she and DiCaprio dated from June until around December of 2015, with the break alleged to be a mutual decision

NINA AGDAL (2016-2017)

Things ended between Leo and the Danish swimsuit model after she hit 25 in 2017.

CAMILA MORRONE (2017–2022) 

Leo and the model-turned-actress began dating just months after his split from Nina Agdal. The were reported to be more serious than ever at the start of the coronavirus pandemic, but the two reportedly split over the summer of 2022.
