Special Forces: World's Toughest Test: Hannah Brown successfully completes both military exercises

Hannah Brown successfully completed both pressure-packed training exercises on Wednesday's episode of Special Forces: World's Toughest Test on Fox.

The 27-year-old beauty queen and reality star showed her mettle during the episode titled Pressure as only eight of 16 celebrities remained at the halfway point of the 10-day journey.

The recruits were first given the task of rappelling off a 75-meter high giant tower in an exercise designed to test their physical and mental capabilities.

'If you do not stay in control you will probably die,' said Directing Staff instructor Mark 'Billy' Billingham said in a confessional.

Remi Adeleke, a former Navy SEAL, forced the recruits to run up the stairs to the stop carrying a rucksack that weighed 30 pounds.

Newly designated leader Danny Amendola, 37, ran up the stairs and then rappelled down correctly.

Remi yelled at the other contestants when they got out of breath running up the stairs. Soccer star Carli Lloyd, 40, failed because she kept bouncing off the structure on the way down.

'That's a fail,' said Rodolfo 'Rudy' Reyes, a former Marine, to Carli.

'Absolute muppet,' Billy said.

'Wasn't smooth but I got down alive,' Carli said.

Dwight Howard, 36, an eight-time NBA star, completed the rappelling effortlessly. Gus Kenworthy, 30, an Olympic freestyle skier, had difficulty with the task.

'That's a fail,' Billy said. 'Panicked. Fell before he needed to.'

Hannah before the exercise started asked how high was 75 meters and was told it was about 250 feet.

'It's stressing me out,' she said aloud.

The Bachelorette star hustled up the stairs when her number was called.

'The thing with heights is they freak me out. But ultimately, it's just doing it scared, but doing it anyway,' Hannah said in a confessional.

She was asked at the top of the tower if she was ready to take her life in her own hands and Hannah said she was ready.

'My hands are shaking,' Hannah said before she pushed off.

Hannah followed instructions and smoothly made it down to the ground.

'Excellent technique,' instructor Rudy Reyes told her. 'Best one so far.'

Former baseball player Mike Piazza, 54, went next.

'Retirement as an athlete when you get to the very highest of your profession is very difficult,' Mike said in a confessional. 'It's easy to get soft. Do I still have it? Do I still have that fire? Is the eye of the tiger still there?'

Mike look exhausted running up the stairs and kept having to take breaks. Mike also wobbled rappelling down and appeared to loose control at some points. He failed.

They went back to their camp and all started talking about food.

'If I get eliminated before the end, when I get my phone, I am finding this f***ing place on google maps and PostMates-ing y'all a pizza,' said skier Gus Kenworthy.

Mike was not happy about how he was doing.

'I'm disappointed that I'm not grasping the tasks,' Mike said. 'I'm getting a little frustrated.'

Carli encouraged him to take a mental break for a moment.

'You don't have to worry about everything,' Carli said.

The instructors called Mike in to talk to him, putting black hood over his face. Mike told them he was disappointed in how he was doing.

'When I played and did my sport, if I got one hit, I wanted two, if I got two, I wanted three, if I got three, I wanted four,' Mike said. 'I just saw the greatest players that I ever played do that.'

Mike said that determination came from his father who passed away last year and was buried with military honors. He said his father served in the US Army and was drafted for the Korean War and had a work ethic that inspired him.

'I wouldn't have come here if I didn't think I could do it,' Mike said in a confessional.

For the next task, the recruits were then taken out to a deserted village to test how they would react under an enemy attack while protecting an asset.

They had each of them drive a car and get them to their destination while people shot at them and explosives went off.

Anthony Scaramucci, 58, failed the task after going in reverse into an 'ambush vehicle.'

Danny successfully drove straight through a manned checkpoint to get to safety.

Hannah kept her composure and also drove through the checkpoint and Billy told her 'well done.'

Mike and The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore, 52, both panicked and turned around getting themselves them 'killed' in the exercise.

'That's pressure,' Billy yelled at them when it was over. 'That's decision making. Most of you screwed it up.'

Danny during the episode snapped when an instructor got in his face and screamed at him to follow orders.

'Do as you're told!' Billy a former elite British Special Air Service member and one of the show's head instructors, shouted at Danny.

Danny reached his breaking point after a long day of exercises.

'Bro, We're trying man,' Danny pushed back.

'Don't ''man'' me,' Billy yelled. 'Don't ''come on, man'' me. What's the matter with you?'

Billy then started pointing his finger in Danny's face and yelling at him.

'I'm trying to listen to you,' Danny said.

'Get your a** in the vehicle now!' Billy screamed.

Billy told him he needed to fix his attitude or he was going to be out.

'Respect,' Danny said when he closed the car door. 'Respect.'

As they drove away, Danny was so mad at the encounter that he said he was quitting.

'I'm f***ing out dude,' Danny said, ripping his arm band off in the car.

'No, no, no,' said Carli. 'Come on, man.'

'You can take my badge too,' said former White House press secretary Anthony. 'I'm going with Danny. I'm going with f***ing Danny, ok?'

Back at camp, Danny was still angry and said he might 'bounce.'

'The most disrespectful s*** that's ever happened to me,' Danny said.

'It's not about us,' Mike told the group. 'It's not about our lives, our medals, our trophies. It's about we are pieces of s***, and we have to break ourselves down and find out what we are made of and if we were possibly even close to being material, Special Os material, right?'

Danny later sat down with Billy to talk it out. Billy said he was reacting to pressure like a child that's been slapped.

'Trust me, this our f***ing process,' Billy said.

Danny tried to tell him what the deal was.

'We don't do deals, buddy ' Billy said. 'We ain't going to bow down to you or to nobody else. You will not be dictating to us, whether I come and shout at your bed, whether I shout at you in the car, whether I shout at you out there. That's the deal.'

'I got it,' Danny said.

Special Forces: World's Toughest Test will return next Wednesday on Fox.
