Shia LaBeouf and ex-wife Mia Goth let loose at Disneyland

It was all about good, clean fun for Shia LaBeouf this week as the actor spent the day at the Happiest Place on Earth.

The embattled 35-year-old star was spotted enjoying the rides at Disneyland in Anaheim, California, with ex-wife Mia Goth on Monday.

Shia is currently in a court-ordered diversion program to avoid criminal battery and theft charges stemming from an alleged altercation with a man last summer that ended with LaBeouf stealing the man's hat and fleeing the scene.

Despite splitting up several years ago, Shia and Mia looked closer than ever as they linked arms while walking through Disneyland.

The former Disney star - who headlined the show Even Stevens for the Mouse House from 2000-2003 - sported sweat shorts, a T-shirt with a bald eagle on the front and an appropriate Disney branded hat.

Shia is still rocking long hair, which was tucked under the cap, as well as a grizzled beard flecked with grey in parts.

Mia, meanwhile, was also casual in a light heather grey cropped tank top with matching Nike sweat shorts, sneakers and a white baseball hat.

The exes walked arm-in-am through the theme park and took a spin on classic rides like Big Thunder Mountain, as well as the newer ones like Star Wars Galaxy's Edge.

Riding towards the back of the ride on Big Thunder Mountain, Mia let out a joyous scream while Shia threw his hands in the air.

Shia and his 27-year-old former wife have a bumpy past. They were pictured participating in a marriage ceremony at the Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel in 2016, however Clark County contended the event was not a legal marriage.

Though the couple divorced in 2018 they did reunite in 2020 when they were spotted taking frequent bike rides together and packing on the PDA with their wedding rings on.

However, the rekindling did not appear to go the distance as he was seen later in the year with Margaret Qualley. Things with Qualley fizzled recently and not long after, the Transformers star seemed to pick things up with Mia once again.

LaBeouf is currently trying to get misdemeanor battery and petty theft charges against him dropped if he stays out of trouble for 12 months.

According to TMZ, a Los Angeles judge offered the actor the opportunity to participate in a 'judicial diversion program' in lieu of pursuing the charges.

Under the program, Shia must seek therapy for anger management, continue 'alcohol monitoring', not obtain weapons of any kind or 'use force or violence.'

The actor was charged in October over an alleged altercation with a man that ended with him stealing the man's hat and running away from the scene.

Prior to his most recent brush with the law, Shia has had several other run-ins in the past and was previously arrested for a drunken scuffle in New York City in 2017.

He was also arrested in the same year for disorderly conduct in Savannah, Georgia when he became aggressive towards a police officer he had asked for a cigarette.

In 2014, he was arrested after disturbing a performance of the musical Cabaret on Broadway in New York.

He pled guilty to a disorderly conduct violation and he then received outpatient care for alcohol addiction.

Recently, Shia's ex FKA Twigs - who dated the actor for nearly a year - sued him for sexual battery, assault and infliction of emotional distress.

The lawsuit launched last December 2020 alleges he knowingly gave her an STD and abused her on several occasions during their relationship.

In response, Shia has 'denied each and every' assault allegation by the artist and wants her to pay his legal costs after she blamed him for 'relentless abuse'.
