Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban spent New Year's Eve day at Randwick Racecourse on Saturday.

The Oscar winner, 55, and her musician husband enjoyed a relaxing day at the races, The Daily Telegraph revealed.

The couple sat in the members stands and happily posed for photos with their many fans.

At one point, the couple were seen laughing and joking with each other.

Nicole and Keith both dressed casually in baseball caps and polos during the outing.

Nicole and Keith have been spotted around the Harbour city enjoying a sun-soaked summer away from their Nashville home.

The couple recently returned Down Under with their two daughters Sunday, 14, and Faith, 12, to visit their family for Christmas.

After returning, they threw a lavish Christmas party at their North Sydney penthouse complete with a star-studded guest list.

Attendees included the likes of Russell Crowe, TV host Jessica Rowe and her Channel Nine newsreader Peter Overton and Nicole's younger sister Antonia.

They also recently attended an event celebrating the appointment of Vogue Australia's newest editor-in-chief Christine Centenera in Bondi.

Last week, Nicole and her husband Keith were also photographed visiting Manly Seaside Kebabs during a fun visit to the beach.
