Nadiya Bychkova sent pulses racing with her latest Instagram post, which she shared from the gym changing room on Tuesday.
The Strictly pro, 33, displayed her toned physique in a black sports bra and bottoms as she beamed for the camera in the sizzling mirror selfie.
After enjoying some cryotherapy, she changed into a grey top and a black baseball cap, while wrapping up with a padded coat.
Tagging her location as Repose Space, located in London's Kensington, she wrote in her caption: '..do it for you [white heart] #betterneverstops @castore_sportswear.'
It comes after Nadiya spoke out about the struggles of having family still living in war-torn Ukraine.
The professional dancer admitted that she is constantly worrying if her home in the country is OK as she recalled 'having a bomb right in our living room' years ago.
Despite now living in the UK, she hails from Ukrainian city Luhansk and said family have been battling conflict since 2014, with many having to flee.
Nadiya admitted it is a difficult time for herself and the world at the moment, as she noted how the conflict had become a global problem.
Talking to The Sun, she shared that her grandmother still resides in Ukraine and the home still has no heating or electricity other than 'once or twice a day for an hour'.
Noting her worry, the dancer continued: 'Since 2014, I have been checking on YouTube, "Is our house OK?" We had a bomb right into the living room.
'My grandmother’s house we had to have fixed up, and now all the bombing has started all over again.'
The Russo-Ukrainian War has been ongoing between Russia and Ukraine since February 2014.
Nadiya went on to say that she has family members who were 'almost killed' running away from the conflict, but are now safe.
Her mother, Larisa, returned to Ukraine at the tail-end of last year to visit her grandmother, with the star revealing that it took three days to get there.
'These are scary times, and of course it is tough, but it really helps that the world knows now, it helps so many people,' she concluded.
